Hamburger of your choice from our menu. Fried parmentier potatoes cut into wedges with Amaren sauce: cream cheese and truffle cream, low temperature egg yolk and 24 months cured Parmesan Reggiano cheese.

Alaskan soufflé, smoked fruits and Madagascar vanilla ice cream.
