We are very excited to share that the prestigious ELLE magazine has published a beautiful report about Aitaren Boulevard. The popular publication highlights our commitment to quality, tradition and design, combined in a unique dining experience in the heart of the village.
The ELLE piece highlights how, in the historic 19th century Café Boulevard, we have recovered the splendour of Art Deco to bring Aitaren Boulevard to life. The magazine particularly values our duality of concepts and passion for beef.
Spaces and proposals
Amaren (upper floors): offers the best cuts of grilled beef and veal, with attentive service and an elegant ambience.
HamBUEYguesas (ground floor): gourmet beef burgers, starters to share and breakfast bar and pintxos, all in a relaxed atmosphere.
Private room (semi-basement): an intimate space for meetings and celebrations, where the atmosphere is as exclusive as our menus.
Design and inspiration
Original features have been restored: marble floors, stucco, leaded stained glass, gilded mouldings and century-old mirrors. These are complemented by marble tables inspired by the originals, brass lamps with silhouettes of the Empire State Building and warm lighting that takes you back to the Roaring Twenties.
